Where we ship
We ship pan-India to every PIN code reachable by Delhivery, Shiprocket or Blue Dart. International shipping is on the roadmap; if you need a specific country, email [email protected] and we'll quote a one-off shipment.
Delivery timelines
- Standard delivery — 3–5 business days for metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad). 5–7 business days for tier-2 / tier-3 cities.
- Express delivery — 24–48 hours, available in metros only, ₹199 extra at checkout.
- Custom posters — add 1 production day to any of the above.
We dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delays caused by weather, regional disruptions or strikes are outside our control — we'll keep you posted via email and SMS.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999.
- ₹79 flat on orders under ₹999.
- ₹199 flat for express delivery.
- Cash on Delivery handling fee: ₹49, available on orders under ₹2000 to most PIN codes.
Tracking
Once we hand the order over to the courier, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also see live status under Account → Orders. WhatsApp delivery alerts are opt-in from your account settings.
What's in the box
Every shipment includes the print(s) you ordered, rolled inside a rigid kraft tube, plus a strip of double-sided adhesive squares for mounting. No frames, no nails — just peel and stick.
Damaged or undelivered shipments
If your order arrives damaged, hit us up at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and the tracking ID. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.
