1. Who you're contracting with
MadsKraft is operated by MadsKraft Prints Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U18101MH2026PTC123456, GSTIN: 27AABCM1234R1ZK), with registered office at 12-B, Sea Breeze Apartments, Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050, Maharashtra, India. References to "we", "us", or "our" meanMadsKraft Prints Pvt. Ltd..
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Account and security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Products, pricing and orders
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. Shipping is charged separately at checkout where applicable.
- Product images are illustrative; subtle colour variations between your screen and the printed result (typically within 5%) are not a defect.
- Acceptance of your order happens only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Until then we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stockouts — and will refund any amount paid.
- Custom-poster orders rely on the image you upload. By uploading an image you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to print it for your order only.
5. Payment
Payments are processed via Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets) or as Cash on Delivery where eligible. We do not store your card details. Failed or reversed payments may delay or cancel your order.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship pan-India through Delhivery, Shiprocket and Blue Dart. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days for metros and 5–7 for tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Express delivery (where available) targets 24–48 hours. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for ready-stock posters. Custom-printed posters can only be returned if there is a print defect. Full details are in our Returns Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of pickup, back to the original payment method.
8. Intellectual property
All content on madskraft.in — designs, photography, written copy, brand marks — is owned by MadsKraft Prints Pvt. Ltd. or licensed to us, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works for commercial use without prior written consent.
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe a poster on our store infringes your rights, file a takedown request with our Grievance Officer (see §13) — we will respond within 36 hours.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to upload unlawful, hateful, defamatory or obscene content.
- Bypass or compromise our security or authentication mechanisms.
- Scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for other users.
- Use the custom-poster builder to print content you do not own or have rights to.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Our maximum aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Indian law.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms.
